1. The bicycle described above is sold in its current, used condition. The Seller makes no warranty as to its fitness for purpose or condition, and the Buyer accepts the bicycle “as seen” unless otherwise stated.

2. Ownership & Title Warranty. The Seller warrants and represents that: (a) they are the sole legal owner of the bicycle and all listed accessories; (b) the bicycle is free from any outstanding finance agreement, hire-purchase arrangement, conditional sale agreement, lien, or other encumbrance; (c) the bicycle has not been stolen, reported stolen, or obtained by any unlawful means; and (d) no third party has any claim to ownership of the bicycle. The Seller agrees to provide proof of purchase or ownership documentation if reasonably requested by the Buyer.

3. Indemnity. The Seller shall fully indemnify and hold harmless the Buyer against all losses, costs, claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from any breach of the warranty in clause 2, including but not limited to circumstances where the bicycle is found to be stolen, subject to outstanding finance, or subject to a third-party ownership claim.

4. The Buyer confirms they have had the opportunity to inspect the bicycle prior to purchase.

5. This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
